The SunVision

TheSunVision is my alias on the YouTube.

My first video camera was a Panasonic VHS, with a poor video quality, but it was the State of the Art video camera at the time. After a couple of years, the S-VHS system was released, and I purchased a JVC GF-S1000H. The S-VHS was a big improvement compared to the VHS, with a much higher video quality. Of cause, I was looking at the nice professional cameras, but they where not at all suited for by budget. In the springtime 2009, I found a second hand Panasonic WV-F70E, which is a professional S-VHS camera, rather heavy, but with a significant higher video quality. I got this camera for a very reasonable price, only a fraction of the new-price.

Now, when the professionals exchange their DVCAM equipment for the HD Wide Screen, these cameras are affordable, even for my budget, so now I have a Sony  DSR-200, a Canon XL1 and a Sony DSR-PDX10P.
These are DVCAM video cameras, with a video quality I could only dream of a few years ago.
The Sony and Canon cameras has the feature called "Super Steady Shot", which is an excellent optical picture stabilizer.

I also have a JCV GY-DV5001, Professional DV camera. This camera exceed all my previous cameras regarding perfomance. The only downside is the weight of this camera. It needs a tripod for prolonged filming, but works well on the shoulder too. Due to the weight, it is very stable, but there is no built in stabilizer, so you must have a steady hand.

My latest purchases is a Sony XDCAM PMW-EX3. This is HDV-camcorders, with an exellent video quality. It records in 1080i, and wide screen 16:9 formate.
